Hi Abdoul –
I read through the attachments. It is a good request to be submitted with the land use application
for the project. With the Transportation Dept. supporting the request, it is a reasonable request to
extend the Sunset area cross section further east to your site and also not interfere with the existing

Hi Vicki, Chris:
Attached is the draft request for Code Modification related to the off-site improvements along NE
12th St for the Highlands reservoir project.
Could you please let us know if you have any comments or need any additional information for this
request.
We will attach exhibit maps showing the proposed improvements as part of the SEPA and CU permit
application.
J.D. will schedule a meeting with you to go over the pre-submittal materials next week.
