Good afternoon Rocale,
I understand that for elevation D on Lot 36 the City is looking for a minimum of 30% alternative siding material. I looked at the other three elevation styles for that plan and it looks
like elevation B on Lot 19 will have the same issue. We’d like to be proactive so I am sending you copies of both elevations.
The new elevation D now has the second material covering approximately 42% and for elevation B we are at 30%.
Please review before we resubmit the elevations.
