SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Copperwood Preliminary Plat / LUA14-000550
Dear Mr. Potter:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on
May 15, 2014. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary
in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before September 27, 2014 so that we may
continue the review of the above subject application:
Revised Traffic Impact Analysis: Please provide 4 copies of a revised traffic impact
analysis which includes a level of service study at the intersection of NE 4th and Duvall
Ave NE.
Revised Wetland, Fish, and Wildlife Habitat Report: Please provide 12 copies of a
revised Wetland, Fish, and Wildlife Habitat Report which includes a revision to the
classification of the southern portion of the stream on site from a Class 3 to a Class 2
stream. The Class 2 stream would require a 100 foot buffer. As an alternative to a
reclassification of the steam/increased buffer the applicant may choose to provide
addiitonal analysis to substantiate the Class 2 classification which may be subject to an
independent secondary review.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested
information.
