Per WA State Department of Licensing Vehicle Inquiry WA license plate #089Y UM expired November 2014.This vehicle is a 1990 white Buick Regal. Per WA State Department of Licensing Vehicle Inquiry WA license plate #889F AJ is no longer in the State system. This vehicle is a white also a white Buick Regal with the driver side hood partially popped open. Code Text: RMC 6-1-3 Junk Vehicles or Vehicle Hulks on Private Property Regulated: A. It shall be unlawful to store, maintain, keep or retain: a junk, wrecked, dismantled or an apparently inoperable vehicle, vehicle hulk, or any part thereof, on private real property in the City of Renton. B. The storage, maintenance or retention of junk, wrecked, dismantled or an apparently inoperable vehicle, vehicle hulk, or any parts thereof, on private real property in the City is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and subject to abatement in accordance with this Chapter and RMC 1-3-3, as now worded or hereafter amended. Corrective Action: Remove and properly dispose of all unlicensed and inoperable vehicles including but not limited to #889 RAJ and#089YUM stored on this property; Bring the vehicles into compliance with city code or store in a fully enclosed building. Therefore a code violation penalty, consistent with RMC 1-3-2.P is imposed, not including any costs, fees or assessments.
