A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on April 19, 2022 at
11:00AM by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit in order to operate a preschool (classified as
a Day Care center) at the North Highlands Neighborhood Center site located at 3000 NE 16th St (APN
7227800145).
