(See Exhibit#2) August 25, 2014: A site inspection noted the following code violations: (See Exhibit#3 Photos) The City of Renton Municipal Code Section 6-1-3:The storage, maintenance or retention of junk,wrecked, dismantled or an apparently inoperable vehicle, vehicle hulk, or any parts thereof, on private real property in the city is hereby declared to be a public nuisance in accordance with this chapter and RMC 1-3-3, as now worded or hereafter amended, and may be abated in accordance with this chapter and RMC 1-3- 3 G, as now worded or hereafter amended. August 26, 2014: Per WA State Vehicle Vessel Inquiry license plate WA#889RAJ expired October 2008. (See Exhibit#4) August 26, 2014: Order to Correct CODE14-000597 was issued to Kurt Samuels for the above code violations with a compliance date of September 16, 2014. (See Exhibit#5) September 15, 2014: Mr. Samuels left a voice mail message that he is going into bankruptcy and wanted an extension to remove the car. 425-207-3978 I left Mr. Samuels a message that I would extend the compliance date. March 5, 2015: A site re-inspection noted unlicensed and inoperable vehicle WA license #889RAJ remains unlicensed with a flat front driver side tire. (See Exhibit#6) March 6, 2015: A second notice was sent to Mr. Samuels with a compliance date of March 21, 2015. March 17, 2015: I spoke with Kurt Samuels who said he is still in the bankruptcy process and cannot move the vehicle without a court order. 1 Exhibit I 2016 No Contact January 12, 2017:A site re-inspection noted unlicensed and inoperable vehicle WA license #889RAJ remains unlicensed with a flat front driver side tire and the hood partialfy open. Unlicensed an inoperable vehicle WA#089YUM is also parked in the driveway of this property (See Exhibit#8) Per WA State Vehicle Vessel Inquiry license plate WA#889RAJ expired October 2008 and WA#089YUM expired November 2014.
