2. Grantor shall retain the rigl�t to use tl�e surface of the easemeE�t as tong as such use does not interfere���ith the ease�nent
riglrts granted to the Granfee.
Grantor shall not,l�ocve��er,have the right to:
a. Erect or�naintain any buildings or structures within the easement;or
b. PEant trees,shrubs or vegetation having deep rooE patterns�vhich�na��cause damage to or interfere�viUi the
utilities to be pl�ced��-itl�in the easement by the Grantee;or
c. Develop,tandsc���e,or beautif��tl�e easement area in��3y wa��which���ould u�ireasonably inerease the costs to
the Grantee of restoring the easement area and any private improvements dicrein.
d. Dig,tunnel or perform other for�ns of construction acti��ities on the property which�voutd disturb U�e
compaction or unearth Gr��itee's facilities on the rigt�t-of-way,or cndanger the l�tera(support facilities.
