THE OWNERS OF SAID LOTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT PORTION OF THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES THEY HAVE BENEFIT OF USE, AND SHALL EQUALLY SHARE IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT PORTION OF THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES USED IN COMMON. 3. AN EASEMENT IS HEREBY GRANTED TO THE CITY OF RENTON, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND RENTON REGIONAL FIRE AUTHORITY, OVER, UNDER, AND ACROSS TRACT “B” FOR THE PURPOSES OF UTILITY AND EMERGENCY ACCESS. 4.
