Contractor hours
Project schedule and sequencing of work by Terra Dynamics, Inc.

Job Site Noise & Dust Control
Respect area users/neighbors (Elementary School, neighborhoods, pedestrians and auto traffic), no loud music or foul language, and keeping site clean and orderly.
Keep local streets clean of debris.
Utility locates & Coordination
Local on-site utilities – coordinate with park staff.
BP Pipeline – 16” Allen-Renton Pipeline and 20” Allen-Renton Pipeline,
BP File No. 3676-KI-201, 3677-KI 201 / BP Ref. No. 11506
Maintain BP Pipeline notification letter on-site at all times.
Notify BP Pipeline when working in area of pipeline with representative on-site.
Olympic’s Damage Prevention Specialist, Gary Gomez (206) 5100575, or his/her designated representative, shall be contacted at least 48 hours prior to any activities within twenty-five
feet (25’) of the Olympic pipelines and must be present prior to commencing work or moving equipment within BP pipeline rights of way.

Civil Construction Permit (C21004733) – Issued by COR, Provided to Terra Dynamics. Compliance with all conditions.
Building, Electrical and Plumbing – to be obtained by contractor.
NPDES (CWSPP) – permit furnished by COR, contactor to submit reports
Special Inspections/Material Testing – Mayes Terracon – contractor to coordinate testing and inspections, reports to Owner, Consultant, and Contractor.

Unacceptable work – non-compliance with contract documents will be repaired or replaced by contractor at no cost to Owner.
Job Site Record Keeping
Contract documents – Maintain documents “FOR CONSTRUCTION” AND ALL “PERMIT DOCUMENTS” and other required documents on-site.
Maintaining record drawings – notations of changes and progress of work.
RFIs, COPs, Change Orders, Field Authorization, Daily Logs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, etc.

Starts at Substantial Completion and ends one (1) year from Substantial Completion, except as required by individual specification sections or product warranties
Final Acceptance / Closeout
Contractual obligations fulfilled including Contractor’s & all Subcontractor’s Affidavit of Prevailing Wages Paid
Formally notify Owner for final inspection
Date Owner completes final inspection and accepts the project; this starts the closeout process
