Home My WebLink AboutCO 21 CAG-20-126, CO #21-22 Approved by Cheryl Beyer via 1/31/2022 email Change Order No. 21 Contract Title: Lake Washington Loop Trail Contract No. CAG -20-126 Page 2 of 3 THE CONTRACT IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: Description of Change: Change to Contract Plans: As required in FWD No 19, the Contractor is directed to implement additional traffic control measures to keep the cycle track closed during the material suspension for the traffic signal and for the bridge railing. Reason for Change: Contract Plans: The segment of the cycle track between the intersections of Rainier Ave/Airport Way and E Perimeter Drive/Logan Avenue may not be opened to users until traffic signal improvements are made at the intersection of Shattuck/Airport Way. The segment of the cycle track along the bridge over the Cedar River on Logan Avenue may not be opened to users until the bridge railing is installed. Materials: No changes Plans: Plans Sheets for Cycle Track Closure: S7.02 Rev 1, S7.04 Rev 1, S7.05 Rev 2, S7.06 Rev 2 Plans Sheets for Cycle Track on Bridge Closure: S7.05 Rev 2, S7.06 Rev 2 Estimated Change Order Cost: This Change Order does include an estimated equitable adjustment per Section 1-09.4 of the 2020 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. The Work will be measured and paid under the lump sum price of $6,410.70. See attached. Change Order No. 21 Contract Title: Lake Washington Loop Trail Contract No. CAG -20-126 Page 3 of 3 Extension of Time: The Contractor agrees that the time for Completion is extended 0 Working Days for the additional work. Sections 1-04.4 and 1-04.5 of the 2020 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications shall govern this Change Order. The Work of the referenced Contract is modified to include the changes detailed herein. The payment provided for herein shall constitute the complete and final settlement for all costs of labor, equipment, materials, overhead, profit, permit fees, and all other claims that may be made by the Contractor as a result of this change.
