Whereas Heritage Homes Inc. a Washington Corporation is the owner of certain real
property located in the City of Renton, Washington, referred to herein as the Heritage
property, and more fully described as: A portion of C.D. Hillman's Lake Wash.

Whereas Arcarius Homes, LLC, is the owner of certain real property log

IN CONSIDERATION OF the promises and covenantsoset forth below, it is
AGREED THAT:
1. The boundary as shown in a survey on April 5, 2001 by LeRoy Surveyors and
Engineers, Inc. and recorded with the final plat of Elizabeth Place under recording
# 2001 CUy 10 00 4 SS in King . County, Washington is the accurate
boundary between the parcels. This agreement is binding upon the parties, their
successors, assigns, heirs, and devisees and runs with the land.
