SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, is entered into and made between Bryn M,a Lakeridge
Water and Sewer District, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "The District", the
City of Renton, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "The City" and Northwest
Seaplanes, Inc., a Washington corporation, hereinafter called the lessee.
WITNESSETH:
THAT WHEREAS, the City is leasing to lessee certain property, hereiriailer
described, owned by the City, located at Renton Municipal Airport near the southeast %
boundary of the Bryn Mawr-Lakeridge Water and Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, the City cannot conveniently serve the subject property with its own
sanitary sewer services; and

WHEREAS, it is feasible that the leased premises be served by the District;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. In consideration of the sum of $3,640.54, the District hereby rants unto their:.,
City and Northwest Seaplanes, Inc. permission to connect one hangar building, which is
under construction as of December 1, 1994 and is located within the following described M
property, to the District's sanitary sewer system:

Commencing at a point 10 feet northerly of the intersection of the West-,
Margin of Lake Avenue South (formerly Lake Street) with the centerline of Airport Way
S. (formerly Dixie Avenue according to the plat of Renton Real Estate First Addn. as
recorded in Volume 21, page 50 Records of King County Washington);
Thence South 87d3Oral 7s East on a line 10 fee` t North of and parallel to
the centerline of Airport Way South a distance of 286.31 feet to its intersection`with the.,
southerly extension of the centerline of the existing runway of the City of Renton Airport;

7. The lessee warrants that so long as it is the lessee of said property, it shall pay,
in addition to the above connection charges, such monthly or other periodic regularly
scheduled sewer service charges as may from time to time be fixed by the District for -
sewage of the same classification as that which may be discharged from tlAe aforesaid
property. '

THIS AGREEMENT shall constitute a covenant running with the leased property,
binding upon the District and the City their successors and assigns, or upon an parties
subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in the aforesaid property.
