My name is Sabrina and I have been employed with Puppyland for almost two years. During the
last session I brought to the committees attention that at Puppyland, we know that a puppy isn’t
only a financial commitment but a lifetime commitment and we have committed to remaining a
part of each of our puppies lives as they continue to grow in their homes. I have been given the
opportunity to watch our customers puppies grow, which is one of my favorite responsibilities
within my position. I get updates of our puppies as soon as they go home all the way up to our
puppies that are now almost 3 years old! There are even numerous customers that have my
personal number and touch base with me on a regular basis, telling me about the new trick their
puppy just learned, that there puppy is looking for a sibling and even the adventures their
family and puppy go on together!
By personally being involved in receiving feedback it gave us the opportunity to submit over 100
individual puppy updates with families that have a healthy well bred family addition! Please know
this is just a glimpse of the puppy updates that have been gathered. We have many more that
we are happy to provide as they are organized. I would also like to bring to the committees
attention that there are also multiple families that have kindly asked Puppyland not share their
information due to the public bullying and harassment they have received by being a part of our
Puppyland family.
Since I personally check in and ask our guests to send updates on their puppies, I too assist our
guests with general questions or concerns of being a first time pet owner. An example of this is
a customer that recently brought to the committees attention the experience she went through
with our store. I personally assisted this customer, spent multiple days speaking with her,
requesting documentation, assured her I was a call away and all in attempt to finding a
resolution, regardless of what the vet notes provided by the customer stated. The vet notes
have been submitted to the committee as a reflection of not only our transparency as a company
but our willingness to offer a helping hand regardless of “who may be at fault”.

Please take the time to come in to the store and learn about our company and how we operate.
Puppyland is not just a store, we are a group of people that have grown as a family with one
thing in common, compassion, love and dedication for what we do which just so happens to
involve puppies.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak,
