Subject: Notice of Temporary Use Permit (TUP) Compliance
City of Renton File LUA17-000465, Bryant Motors Site Cell-on-Wheels,
111 Meadow Ave N (APN 1352300060)
Dear Mr. Cardoza:
A letter was sent on December 12, 2017 notifying you that the cell-on-wheels installed at 111 Meadow
Ave N was not in compliance with the required conditions of the associated Temporary Use Permit
(LUA17-000465). The notice stated that the TUP would be revoked if any conditions of the permit
remained unmet by December 27, 2017.
As of the date on this letter, Verizon has submitted three applications for permanent cellular equipment
sites in the downtown area and has installed the required temporary landscaping at the cell-on-wheels
site, thereby satisfying all conditions of the TUP. This letter serves as official notice that the TUP is in
compliance with all required conditions of approval.
