Our services do not include supervision or direction of the contractor, their employees, or agents. Recommendations for obtaining project objectives may be made by our representatives; however, direction of the actual work should come from the owner or contractor, as appropriate. The contractor is responsible for complying with the contract documents at all times, regardless of the presence of our field representative. Jobsite safety, including compliance with all applicable state or federal regulations, is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The observations, recommendations, and conclusions provided in this field report are preliminary until reviewed by the ESNW project manager. Recommend placing sand bags and straw wattles along entire downslope perimeter of site, or excavating a swale. 2. Establish Construction Access Fabric; Quarry SpallsWheel Wash Sweeper Truck G N Crushed rock construction entrance along east, paved entrance along west. Contractor has sweeper onsite and is regularly sweeping pavement. 3. Control Flow Rates Stormwater Vault or Facility Straw WattlesCheck Dams G Y Due to sites location on existing pavement, it is recommended that the contractor install sand bag dams and straw wattles along all downslope perimeters (east and south) or excavate swales. 4. Protect Slopes Benching; Track-Walking Pipe Slope DrainsPlastic Sheeting; Anchors G N Footing excavation is ongoing, the contractor is observed to be covering completed slopes with anchored plastic sheeting. 7. Protect Drain InletsCatch Basin Inserts G Y CB inserts observed along NE 12th St and remaining onsite un-capped storm basins. Additional storm water is being pumped from onsite northern basin to footing excavation. Contractor informed ESNW rep that remaining catch basin lines have been capped. Straw wattles and sand bags observed around central basin. 8.
