1. CONTRACTOR TO ARRANGE AND ATTEND A PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH
THE CITY OF RENTON PRIOR TO BEGINNING SITEWORK.
2. IDENTIFY AND MARK LIMITS OF CLEARING.
3. A COPY OF THE APPROVED TESC/SWPP PLAN IS TO BE KEPT ONSITE AT ALL TIMES
DURING CONSTRUCTION.
4. INSTALL TEMPORARY FILTER FABRIC FENCES, AND CATCH BASIN INSERTS AS REQUIRED.
5. A MINIMUM OF ONE SET OF APPROVED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND A COPY OF THE
CITY OF RENTON DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN
GOOD (LEGIBLE) CONDITION ONSITE AT ALL TIMES.
6. REMOVE EXISTING FENCING FOR MACHINERY ACCESS AND STORE.
7. BEGIN SITE GRADING, VAULT AND UTILITY INSTALLATION.
8. MAINTAIN TESC FACILITIES IN PROPER OPERATING CONDITION DURING ALL PHASES OF
CONSTRUCTION. RELOCATE TESC FACILITIES AS NEEDED AS CONSTRUCTION
PROGRESSES.
9. COMPLETE ONSITE INSTALL OF DETENTION VAULT AND INSTALL LANDSCAPING.
STABILIZE ALL EXPOSED AREAS.
10. REPLACE STORED FENCING.
