SUBJECT: Software Maintenance Renewal for Tyler Technologies
EnerGov System
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Please approve the annual maintenance renewal for Tyler Technologies EnerGov System
invoice 025-370649 in the amount of $40,476.50 for annual maintenance between
5/1/2022 and 4/30/2023. Multiple departments use this software to manage the
permitting and planning activities in the city along with pet licensing. The original
Contract (CAG-11-094) can be found in Laserfiche.
