HomeMy WebLinkAboutC21004289 - Permit Conditions_20220428DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Conditions for Permit C21004289 Engineering 1 Prior to demolition, Applicant shall obtain a City of Renton Grading Permit and remit proof of State DOE NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit coverage. A copy of the approved Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (TESC) and Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (CSWPPP) shall be on-site at all times during demolition, grading and restoration activities. Approved under Grading Permits B20001949 & B20001950. 2 Prior to demolition, Applicant shall obtain a City of Renton Grading Permit and remit proof of State DOE NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit coverage. Approved under Grading Permits B20001949 & B20001950. 3 INTERSECTION WORK CONDITION no demolition to occur at the intersection of Duvall and NE 10th St with limited approval permit. final and written city approval required before work can occur. 4 PSE COORDINATION EXISTING UTILITY POLE WILL LIKELY REQUIRE RELOCATION. COORDINATE WITH PSE, PROPERTY OWNER AND CITY FOR LOCATION OF RELOCATED POLE PRIOR TO FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENT INSTALLATION. 5 WETLAND PROTECTION REQUIREMENT No work in any wetlands or associated buffers on the site shall occur before execution of the Springbrook Creek Wetlands Bank agreement between the Renton School District and the City of Renton. Wetland and wetland buffer shall be clearly delineated by orange construction fencing or approved equivalent to remain in place until approved in writing to be removed by City personnel . 6 LIMITED CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPROVAL TRANSPORTATION, SIGNAGE, ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING PLANS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE LIMITED APPROVAL. SHEETS R-419277 THROUGH R-4192102 ARE REQUIRED TO BE RESUBMITTED AND APPROVED THROUGH THE DESIGN CHANGE PROCESS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION ON THESE ELEMENTS CAN COMMENCE. 7 STREET TREE SITE DISTANCE ANALYZE IF TREE AT BUS EXIT BLOCKS SITE DISTANCE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 8 LEFT TURN PREVENTION ANALYSIS ANALYZE FEASIBILITY OF EXTENDING ISLAND OR ADDING C-CURB TO PREVENT LEFT TURNS. COORDINATION WITH CITY STAFF REQUIRED PRIOR TO PERMIT CLOSE-OUT. Page 1 of 2 9 WATER DISTRICT 90 MAIN District 90 water main through the site will need to be protected and not impacted until execution of the agreement and transfer of the services occurs. Any impact to the main will require written approval from WD90 and the City water departments.
