@ 16321 127th PL SE RENTON, WA Two dead Lombardy Poplars are located on the right side of
property on the fence line. There are three total Poplars trees in the same area. The front two are the
trees that are being assessed.
Both trees seem to have been dead for a couple of years and have already started deterioration. Both
trees are close enough to houses in two different directions that failure causing damage to properties
have an increased chance, including fence below. After doing a tree risk assessment I've concluded the
overall risk of keeping them is high, and removal is the only mitigating option.
Both trees are within the property boundaries and are not in a greenbelt, wetland, or critical zone. The
proposed land action is to remove the two dead poplars, clean up all debris, and haul all wood. The
project's total price will be $4,018.65.
