receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby convey(s) and warrant(s) to the City of
Renton, a Washington municipal corporation of the State of Washington, its successors
and, assigns ("Grantee"), under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its right of
Eminent Domain, for the use of the public, the real property described in attached Exhibit A and
depicted in attached Exhibit B, situated in the City of Renton, in King County, Washington.
Also, the Grantor requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said County to set over to the remainder
