Dear Jill,
Below is our comment on the Lew Residence Dock:
Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment. Please consider environmental fish guidelines
for the timing of pile driving. If the scope of the project or the parameters for defining the APE change,
we reserve the right to modify our current position.
In addition we support the the proposed planting species on page 7 titled “Mitigation Plan”. Native
plants encourage habitat for native pollinators and native aquatic and avian life.
