recommended approval of Local Agency Agreement
Supplement No. 2 to CAG-15-006, with Washington State
Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to accept the amount
of $9,293,000 in grant funds for the construction phase of the
Rainier Avenue S Corridor Improvements - Phase 4 Project; and
all subsequent supplements necessary to complete the project.

6.c) CONSENT
AGENDA
AB - 3126: Public Works Transportation Systems Division
recommends approval of Supplement No. 2 to CAG-18-125,
with the Washington State Department of Transportation
(WSDOT), in the amount of $2,514,500 for the construction
phase of the Bronson Way Bridge - Seismic Retrofit and
Painting Project (Transportation Improvement Project #15);
and all subsequent supplements necessary to complete this
project.

Finance Committee: Vice Chair Pérez presented a report
concurring in the staff in recommendation to approve the
following payments:
1. Accounts Payable – total payment of $9,914,811.44 for
vouchers, 10459-10461, 10463-10469, 399606-399623,
399632-399727, 399729-399734, 399736-400018;
payroll benefit withholding vouchers 6831-6841,
399624-399631, and 1 wire transfer.
2. Payroll – total payment of $1,653,115.13 for payroll
vouchers that include 608 direct deposits and 13
checks. (4/1/22-4/15/22 pay period).

BUSINESS
Finance Committee: Vice Chair Pérez presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to approve the Port of
Seattle's Economic Development Support Program Grant
award of $120,000, with a city match of $60,000, and the Port
of Seattle Tourism Marketing Support Program Award of
$10,000, with a city match of $10,000 and to authorize the
Mayor to sign both grant agreements.
