By delivering the CAD files to Recipient, Barghausen makes no express or implied guarantees or warranties as to the files’ accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Barghausen shall not for any reason be liable for direct or indirect consequential damages caused by the Recipient's use or reuse of the CAD files. All text styles with missing fonts are automatically set to this font.
