Format and Legal Description Review
Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have the
following comments:
Comments for the Applicant:
Note the City of Renton and use action number and the land record number,LUA-00-011-LLA and
LND-30-0201 respectively, on the drawing.
Change all year references (19 )to 2000.
The City of Renton no longer requires legal descriptions for the adjusted parcels,therefore said
legals were not reviewed.
Because the subject properties are located within Zone 2 of the City of Renton Aquifer Protection
Area,the Aquifer Protection Notice needs to be noted on the drawing. See the attachment.
Note all existing easements, agreements, restrictions, etc. on the drawing, if any.
Note what was set at the new corner of the proposed lots. I
Show the street right-of-way(NE 28th Street)to the north of the subject property.
Note the addresses of the three properties on the drawing.
Note spelling errors on he attachment(Sheet 1 of 2).
The"LEGEND" on Sheet 2 of 2 notes that the adjusted lot line is a heavy dashed line. However,the
drawing notes said same line as a heavy solid line.

Note"112th Avenue SE" in parenthesis instead of"Aberdeen Avenue". Also note that Aberdeen
Avenue needs a"NE" as a suffix and the entire street name should be shown in a larger type. Is
there a need for the County designated street names?
The King County Assessor's Account Numbers are incorrect as noted on the Master Applications.
All three account numbe lis used the section, township and range as the first six digits (052305)
instead of the major number of the plat(334390).
Fee Review Comments:
Lots within or affected by the lot line adjustment are subject to the city's special charges, if
applicable.

Dear Mr. Reinicke:
The City of Renton has approved the above referenced lot line adjustment and has forwarded the
final mylar to King County for recording.
Please note the recording of the lot line adjustment map alone does not transfer ownership of
property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership of the portion of land
depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the legal description for this
document be prepared by a surveyor. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure this document
is properly prepared and recorded with the County.

The City has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready to
approve and send the final version for recording, provided the following changes are
made:
1. Please note what is set at the new corners of the proposed lots.
2. Check the address for Parcel B (is it 2712 or 2713 Aberdeen Avenue NE?).
Once the above has been completed, please submit the original signed mylar and a
check for$14.60 made out to CD&L to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall.
Please verify that all owners of record have signed the mylar and that the mylar has
been notarized with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so
that King County will promptly record the lot line adjustment.

Master Applications. All three account numbers used the section, township and
range as the first six digits (052305) instead of the major number of the plat
(334390).
Once the above changes have been made, please submit two copies of the revised lot
line adjustment to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The revised plans will be
routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final
