Any impacts to SR 405 or SR 167 right of way need reviewed and
permitted, including any temporary use such as staging or crane
swing over limited access 405. WSDOT does not allow crane swing
or weathervaning, even without load, over active traffic, and any use
of WSDOT right of way will require a temporary lease as well as a
developer agreement. Please use Duffy McColloch,
