In accordance with your request, Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) has prepared this letter
providing a plan review of the above-listed details contained within the referenced plan set
provided to ESNW.
The subject project will include construction of a new multi-family building in Renton, Washington.
We have reviewed the referenced documents in comparison to the recommended soil parameters
and other geotechnical recommendations described in the referenced geotechnical engineering
study.
Based on our review of the referenced details, the details which are being submitted to the City
of Renton incorporate the recommendations included in the referenced geotechnical engineering
study and addendum letter.
