The code states "It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to store, maintain, keep, retain, dump or accumulate bulky waste on private property in the City". Bulky waste is defined as"large items of solid waste, including but not limited to items such as furniture, large household appliances, refrigerators, freezers, oven, ranges, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, washing machines, or clothes dryers:junk vehicles, vehicle hulks or any other oversized solid wastes which would typically not fit into or be permitted for collection as garbage in garbage cans". Corrective Action: Remove and properly dispose of all bulky waste stored outside on the property. Therefore a code violation penalty, consistent with RMC 1�3-2.P is imposed, not including any costs, fees or assessments. You may respond in the following manner: I deny creating, permitting to exist, maintaining or failing to eliminate the violation(s)and I am requesting a hearing to contest this Finding of Violation.Appeal requests must be received by the Renton City Clerk's office within 10 days of the date of this Finding of Violation.
