RE: Hazardous Material Management Statement
Dear Alex:
Please find the Hazardous Material Management Plan below:
Description of Refueling and materials on site:
• Refueling of construction vehicles will occur onsite by a fuel truck.
• Any on -site generators shall be placed in a containment device to prevent spills
• A full list of hazardous materials that will be temporarily stored, dispensed, used or
handled on site during the course of construction will be provided prior to construction
approval.
Compliance with RMC 4-4-03008
• The site does not appear to be within an aquifer protection area therefore compliance with
RMC 4-4-03008 is not applicable.
