Towns on 12th - Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development
Dear Matthew:
Blue Fern, as the applicant for the Towns on 12th Preliminary Plat, commissioned Terra
Associates, Inc., to perform a Geotechnical Engineering Report. They performed their review
of the site and provided a report dated August 5, 2021. Their report found no evidence to
suggest that the site is unstable. However, should unstable conditions be discovered on the
site during the development process, we understand and accept the risk of developing in
unstable areas. Furthermore, we will advise, in writing, any prospective purchasers of the
site, or any prospective purchasers of structures or portions of structures on the site, of any
unstable potential on the site.
