RE: Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit for Lew Residence Dock

Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The
permit was issued by the City of Renton on May 26, 2022. A Determination of Non-Significance
-Mitigated was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on May 16, 2022. The appeal
period will end May 30, 2022, no appeals of the threshold determination have been filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-
090. Please review this permit and attachments and contact me at (425) 430 -6598 if you have any
