Blue Origin- DaVinci Building TI
1415 Maple Ave, SW. Renton WA.
DB General Contractors
Preliminary Construction mitigation Plan:
Construction start dates:
We have an estimated Construction start date to Coincide with actual building permit issuance.
We intend to begin construction with-in 1 week of receiving the City of Renton’s issuance of the
Building permit. Originally, we were looking at approximately a 18-20 week schedule from start date, however,
We are currently re-evaluating this due to multiple factors, such as additional scope, long lead items and the possible
need to increase the incoming power capacity for the building. We are now looking at possibly an initial schedule of 20
weeks with a second phase accounting for the timeline PSE may require in order to bring in additional power. At this
time, he are projecting completion of the entire project around January-Feb 2023.
Hours of operation.
Building location is zoned industrial.
-We anticipate Interior work to be performed predominately Monday – Saturday, between the hours of 5:30 am and
7pm. Occasional night work may be required based on customer needs.
-We anticipate exterior work to be performed Monday- Friday from 7am -7pm. This is an industrial zoned location with
no residences with-in 300 ft. We do not anticipate weekend exterior work, however if it is required, we would adhere to
city standards.
Proposed transportation/hauling route attached:
Dust, Traffic, and transportation impacts.
Currently, local roads are paved. We would be utilizing them through out the process. Dust should not be an issue,
however, if there is a possibility of dust becoming an issue, we may use misting where applicable, localized clean up of
streets and walkways would be performed as needed utilizing sweeping or motorized sweepers.
During sidewalk reconstruction work, dust, mud, and debris will be addressed immediately, silt socks will be employed
at local catch basins and if necessary, water misting will be used to mitigate the issue. Excavated dirt will be stock plied
and covered to prevent dust and runoff. Daily street sweeping will be conducted and inspected by a competent person.
Standard preventative SWPPS (erosion Control) measures will be enacted as the situation dictates.
Trucks and delivery vehicles will be directed to utilize the established truck route, and safely directed in and out of the
property using flaggers as needed.
Larger semi-truck type vehicles will be coordinated to arrive outside of major commuter hours to minimize traffic impact
to local roads. They will be guided and directed into and out of the project property using via a flagger and traffic control
devices to manage their reintegration on to the main arterial (SW 16th).

Special hours for hauling
As we are working with in an industrial zoned area, we will be scheduling load and load out of the site dumpster during
the morning between the hours 5:30 and 7 am.
Preliminary Traffic Control Plan
We anticipate having to replace sidewalk along the west side of Maple Ave SW. Prior to commencing this work, we will
present a TCP showing pedestrian and vehicular traffic routes, work zones and safe pathway for pedestrians and local
businesses. Developing the TCP and signage plan is usually handled through a third-party service we employ to ensure it
aligns with current local and state standards. Once the TCP plan has been completed, we would look to secure the
westside walk and approximately 12’ of Maple Ave via street use permit to allow for the staging and equipment required
to accomplish the scope of work. During non-work hours this area would be cordoned off via the use of traffic control
devices and signage. We will then implement the use of standard street, parking, directional signage, and flaggers as
necessary to accomplish this. Furthermore, we will coordinate closely with local businesses concerning the planned
scope of work and it’s possible impact.
