Traffic responded with the following and the attachment:
Background Projects:
Three specific background developments were assumed to be completed by the year 2025:
* The Port Quendall Terminals development would be located on the north side of NE 44th Street between N 43rd Street and Seahawks Way
* The Hawk’s Landing development would be located on the south side of NE 44th Street between the SB on-ramp and N 43rd Street.
* The Kennydale Mixed-Use development would be located on the east side of Lake Washington Blvd.

Out traffic team is willing to meet with the developer and go through the traffic modeling information. Let me know and we can coordinate.

Justin,
I was nice to meet you last week and the pre-app meeting for the Kennydale Gateway project. At that meeting, you indicated that you had data and models from WSDOT that would be useful
in our analysis. Do you have or can provide links to the following:
* WSDOT’s EIS for the Interchange
* Synchro model for the interchange
* Sidra model for the roundabouts (we understand that WSDOT prefers Sidra for roundabouts, so are curious if it was used for this location)
* Information related to other future development projects that may not have been included in the WSDOT future traffic forecasts for the interchange
