1. THE APPLICANT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MITIGATION MEASURE ISSUED AS PART
OF THE DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE MITIGATED, DATED AUGUST 10,
2020.
2. THE APPLICANT SHALL ADHERE TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE
TREE RETENTION PLAN PREPARED BY ASPEN DESIGN GROUP AND DATED
FEBRUARY 18, 2020, OR AN UPDATED REPORT SUBMITTED AT A LATER DATE.
3. THE APPLICANT SHALL ADD A NOTE TO THE FACE OF THE PLAT THAT INCLUDES
LANGUAGE REQUIRING ANY FUTURE HOME ON PROPOSED LOT 3 TO BE
CONSTRUCTED PER THE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF
