Good morning Holli,
I’ve found some discrepancies between the approved water plans (City portion) and the bond quantity worksheet. Specifically, the worksheet show approximately 2300 lf of 10” water main
and more hydrants than is within the City system. I think that some of Coal Creek’s improvements may have been brought into the sheet. I’m happy to adjust the quantities for you with
your permission as this is used to calculate the final review/inspection fees. Specifically:
12” DI main (Existing ROW) = 500lf and 4 – 12” gate valves
10” DI main (New ROW) = 774lf and 4 – 12” gate valves
6” DI main (Existing ROW) = 24lf and 2 – 6” gate valves
6” DI main (New ROW) = 38lf and 3 – 6” gate valves
4” DI main (New ROW) = 333lf and 1 – 4” gate valve
Fire Hydrants = 5 total (2 Existing ROW and 3 New ROW)
Permanent Blow Offs = 1 (New ROW)
If this is acceptable to you for me to update please let me know or otherwise please send an updated bond quantity worksheet.
