All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement, asamended, remain in effect.ARTICLE lV: SCOPE OF WORKThe Scope of Work for this Agreement is amended as described in Aftachment C, which is attached to andmade part of this amendment.ARTIGLE V: PAYMENT1. CompensationThe Subrecipient shall incur authorized allowable expenses in accordance with the Project Budget, asdetailed in Attachment G.The Subrecipient may request additional reimbursement up to the amount of interest accrued on theirportion of the grant award. The City will provide quarterly statements to the Subrecipient, once the interestbalance accrued equals at least $1,000. Reimbursements will not be made for interest accrued that is lessthan $1,000.
