A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on June 28, 2022 at
11:00AM by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

The applicant is requesting Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, Environmental (SEPA) Review, a critical
areas buffer determination and a Street Modification for the redevelopment of the existing former Sam’s
Club into a Home Depot.
