CITY OF RENTON NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
RENTON, WASHINGTON
The environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination o f Non-Significance (DNS) for the following non-project
under the authority of the Renton municipal code:
Docket 17 Group A
LUA22-000183, ECF
Location: Citywide. The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review for the following non -project item: D-193 CN Zone
Amendments, D-209 Solar System Exemption, D-210 Medical Institutions in the EA, D -211 Applicability of MFTE, and D-212
Phasing Durations for Master Plans.
A 14-day appeal period will follow the issuance of the DNS. More information regarding the appeal process may be obtained
from the Renton City Clerkâs Office, (425) 430-6510 or cityclerk@rentonwa.gov. Per WAC197-11-340(2)(c) any person, affected
tribe, or agency may submit comments to the City within fourteen days of the date of issuance of the DNS. Please submit
