Notice is hereby given that the City of Renton has accepted the following proposal for review:
Docket17 Group B
LUA22-000247, ECF
Location: Citywide. The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review for the following non-project items:
D-213 Commercial Parking for Mixed Use Projects; D-214 Battery Energy Storage Systems; D-215 Dwelling Units
in the CO Zone; D-216 Special Fence Permits; D-217 Personal Delivery Devices; D-218 Rezones in the TOD
Subarea; and D-219 Condominium Recording Documents.
Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM on July 21, 2022. Please submit
comments online at https://cutt.ly/SQvBak4. Alternatively, you may physically mail your comments to: City of
Renton, CED, Attn: Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Please include the Land Use
file number (LUA) or project address in your comments. Anyone who submits written comments will
automatically become a party of record and will be notified of any decision on this project.
