THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
AESI arrived mid-morning at the request of the contractors in order to observe the aeration and compaction of lifts in the North
grading area. Water main progress continued as detailed below. TESC weekly checklist was completed and submitted separately.
North Grading Area:
Aeration progress slowed substantially today due to overcast and cool temperatures. No additional fill was placed during our visit.
Water Line:
Water line progress to the south continued. A segment of water line excavated yesterday was backfilled with a combination of ballast
rock and native soil that was too coarse for densometer testing. Fill was placed in lifts and qualitatively observed with a hand probe
and visually and appears adequate to support the planned fire lane in our opinion.
