Dear Ms. Escamilla,
Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested in the March 14, 2022 on-hold notice letter
from the City. Staff has determined the materials that were provided indicate the applicant is an
authorized representative to sign the application and therefore the project has been taken off hold. The
City will continue to process the Chick-fil-A Expansion project.
