Good afternoon,
I did hear back from our legal team and we had a few items to consider before we proceed.
1.This quote was NOT co‐termed with the original contract.
2.It is hardware only, no subscriptions included so terms of MSPA only match when it comes to warranties which
is for one year from purchase.
3.It also should not impact your NTE related to your agreement.
Will you still require some sort of an addendum with the statement included?
