The Duwamish Tribe has received notice of the proposed
development. If the committee or members of the Tribal Council
have concern of cultural or ecological damage, we will provide
comments, guidance and requests to preserve our territory and
history. We do request that if the foundation depth goes below fill,
that an IDP be put in place. Thank you.
