HomeMy WebLinkAboutAddendum - 1AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR STORMWATER PERMIT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (CAG-21-160) THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as August 9, 2022, is by and between the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and NPDESPRO LLC (“Consultant”), a Washington Limited Liability Company. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties. Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-21-160, dated June 3, 2021, to provide necessary services for the Stormwater Permit Management Software (referred to herein as the “Agreement”); Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work, change the time for performance, and change the compensation in order to continue to use the NPDES Pro system. NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-21-160 is amended as follows: 1.Scope of Work: The original Agreement Exhibit A is hereby amended to be revised as Exhibit A-1, attached herein. Agreement “Exhibit A – Continue” remains unchanged. Public Works Surface Water Utility staff shall not contact any jurisdictions to discuss NPDESPro without written approval from NPDESPro. 2.Time of Performance: Time of Performance is hereby amended to extend the annual maintenance support based on the terms set forth in Agreement Section 4.A. and Agreement “Exhibit A – Continue” Section “E Renewal” for the period beginning 7/1/2022 to 6/30/2023. 3.Compensation: City agrees to pay compensation for this renewal based on the Consultant’s attached invoice 1067 in the amount of $11,444.90 and hereby referenced as Exhibit B-1 and is attached herein. The amount of the invoice is consistent with the original terms set forth in Agreement Section 4.A. The software provides Surface Water Utility the ability to streamline the private facility inspection program and illicit discharge detection and elimination program. The software provides management, reporting, communication, and analysis capabilities. The City of Renton understands it is purchasing a license for a standardized application, and the Public Works Surface Water Utility staff have reviewed and believe NPDES Pro is adequate for maintaining NPDES compliance. The list below identifies the general features of the standardized application and is in no way to be understood as the requirements of a unique application being developed for the City of Renton: • Staff can capture and retrieve data from anywhere in the field on a tablet/mobile device that has web connectivity. • Provides a standardized records management system. • Generate reports regarding the inspections and other activities undertaken by the City stormwater staff. The overall platform functionality generally includes: • Capability to inspect facilities, and/or observe or address illicit discharges. • Ability to add, edit, review, and store inspection data. • Ability to gather data for each illicit discharge incident. • Ability to amend on-site maps without impacting inspection data and associated records. • Access to predefine templates such as warning letters, emails and documents that are associated to the program. • Ability to search records. • The system schedules inspections and follow-up appointments. • Send emails with attachments to multiple parties and stores them. • Display dashboards for work planning. DocuSign Envelope ID: 27DE1610-14FF-4EFD-82AC-DA97D1756B6B PAGE 4 OF 4 • Inspectors can communicate directly through the software with private property contacts and by emailing inspection letters, photos, as-builts, maintenance standards, vendor lists, and other inspection documents. • External users can upload documents to the City for specific inspections types. • Communication records shall be saved with the property information. • Provide records management capabilities. • User can create several reports, including a standardized annual report. • Records are kept for at least (6) six years after the expiration of the asset. Additional scope of work as defined in Agreement “Exhibit A – Continue”, also labeled as “NPDESPro, LLC Terms of Use Agreement”, remains unchanged.
