Contractor: Strickland & Sons Excavation, LLC
Subject:Fire Station 12 Irrigation Date:7/21/2021
Scope:Strickland & Sons Excavation, LLC found some unknown irrigation in the City of Renton right-of-way
that conflicted with the pervious concrete sidewalk to be installed. During further investigation with Scott
Murphy from RFA it was found that some of the irrigation could be removed while some will need to be
relocated and remain online. The City of Renton is directing Strickland & Sons Excavation, LLC to make the
changes to the irrigation system for Fire Station 12 as noted in the attached document, SWSK-07.
Strickland & Sons Excavation, LLC will work with Scott Murphy (SMurphy@RentonRFA.org) from RFA to
ensure that the rerouted irrigation system meets the fire department’s needs.
Costs for irrigation work will be submitted to the City of Renton for review.
