THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as July 20, 2022, is by and between the
City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Transpo Group
(“Consultant”), a Washington corporation. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively
in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is
effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-20-338, dated
September 30, 2020, to provide necessary services for the Safe Routes to Transit – Design
Services – CAG-20-338 (referred to herein as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work, in order to
provide support for grant funding applications for two project sites, as described in the Scope of
Work, and change the compensation in order to complete the tasks requested to support grant
funding applications.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-20-338 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit
A-7, which is attached and incorporated herein.
2. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $19,000from $183,940 to $202,940.
The additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actually performed
according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibit B-6 of the Agreement.
3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.

Scope of Services
Transpo Group USA, Inc. (Transpo) will provide supplemental services to the City of
Renton (City) to support grant funding applications for the construction of projects
defined and developed under the original agreement and Supplements. Transpo is
referred to as the “Consultant” in the following scope.
Refer to the original agreement and Supplement for project locations and project
element descriptions.
The Consultant work program is supplemented with the following amended tasks:
Task 13 Traffic Control Plans
Task 14 Construction Support Services
Assumptions
All Work for Tasks 1-12 of the original scope and previous amendments have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City of Renton, or work requests have been
cancelled.
No traffic control plans or construction support services for the Veterans Memorial
Project are included in this amended scope.
Task 13. Traffic Control Plans
For Task 13, the Consultant will prepare traffic control plans for the Sunset Boulevard
Crossings project. Traffic control plans for the Veterans Memorial Project are not
included in this scope. The traffic control plans will be integrated into the plans and
specifications for each individual project.

Task 14. Construction Phase Support Services
For Task 14, the Consultant will provide construction phase support services for the
Sunset Boulevard Crossings project. Construction phase support services for the
Veterans Memorial Project are not included in this scope. The services provided may
include assistance with bid review, responding to RFIs, field modifications and
attendance at construction kickoff meetings.
