The hearing that you requested for your clients to contest the validity the Code Compliance Violation
Finding dated March 30, 2022. Per the Governor’s Emergency Proclamation 20‐28, the City of Renton
is prohibited from holding an in‐person hearing at this time. Therefore, a virtual/telephonic hearing will
be held regarding your code compliance appeal by the Renton Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, July 26,
2022 on the 10:00 a.m. docket by means of the Zoom video‐conferencing web application which
