meantime, the City will agree to an extension if it is needed to allow Mr. Ursich to prepare.

partial records would be ready by August 16, 2022. That concerns me about being able to
have all the historical records in advance of the new hearing date of August 30, with the
hearing examiner.
If the records are taking that long, we may need to push out the hearing into September. -
