Site Plan
A site plan was not provided for the project. Attached is a draft plan that I have drawn up to show the proposed
location of the murals. Please indicate if this is acceptable to use for the proposal.
Master Application
The Master Application indicates that the project will occur on parcel 1352300005. It appears that work will
occur on parcel 1352300025. I can revise the Master Application and enter the correct parcel number. Please
indicate if this is acceptable to use for the proposal.
A copy of the pre-submittal review Waiver Form is attached to this email.
