We have accepted the imposition of the traffic impact fee.
I do have a question into staff about items 13 and 14 as I understood the ruling that 13 and 14 would not be adopted however they still appear. Should they not be lined itemed out?

To expedite resolution of the reconsideration request, does the Applicant have any objection to the $995,547.35 in traffic impact fees or otherwise submit any additional input on the City's request for
reconsideration? If not I'll issue a Decision Upon Reconsideration forthwith.
