CITY OF RENTON NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
RENTON, WASHINGTON
The environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the following non-project
under the authority of the Renton municipal code:
2022 Docket #17, Group C
LUA22-000296, ECF
Location: Citywide. The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review for the following non-project items: D-220: Flood
Regulations; D-221: Smoking Clubs or Lounges; D-222: Submittal Requirements Amendments; D-223: Citywide Minimum
Standards for Multi-family Housing (Amendments to CD Zone Development Standards); D-224: Parking Requirements for
Converted Uses; D-225: Warehousing and Distribution Facilities.
A 14-day appeal period will follow the issuance of the DNS. More information regarding the appeal process may be obtained
from the Renton City Clerkâs Office, (425) 430-6510 or cityclerk@rentonwa.gov. Per WAC197-11-340(2)(c) any person, affected
tribe, or agency may submit comments to the City within fourteen days of the date of issuance of the DNS. Please submit
